I understand an initial payment will be charged to my card today.
*I acknowledge that my credit card will be charged monthly for the rental amount. I will continue to pay the full rental amount each month until the instrument is returned or paid in full.
*If my address, phone number, or any other billing information should change, I will notify Your Family Still Matters immediately. Your Family Still Matters will try to give a courtesy reminder but it is strictly my responsibility to make sure that payments are made.
*Your Family Still Matters reserves the right to repossess the instrument or hold me accountable for the full purchase price of the instrument if payments are more than 60 days delinquent. Your Family Still Matters also reserves the right to use a collections agency to recover funds which could add collection fees of up to 33% to balance owed.
*I understand that this instrument and accessories remain the property of Your Family Still Matters and that I am responsible for it and its safe keeping.
*I am responsible for normal expenses (including strings on violins and pads, mouth pieces or reeds for horns), up keep and any damage done to the instrument, its case or accessories. If returned the instrument must have all original accessories and be in good condition in order to avoid paying penalties for damage or missing accessories. Regular cleaning is a must!
Please DO NOT try to repair an instrument yourself. Many repairs are quick and easy when done right, but can become very difficult and expensive if repairs are made improperly. Repairs done somewhere other than Your Family Still Matters may void the upgrade, return or trade portion of this contract at our discretion.
Upgrade is defined as moving up in price. Up to 100% of the purchase price (if paid in full) will apply toward an upgrade after the above conditions have been met. Instrument trades without an increase in price will be charged a $60 trade fee to go up from one size to another. Upgrades/trades are not accepted after three years from the date of purchase, ownership date under our rent to own program, or the date of the last upgrade.
